Rebecca Vieira Cox is a highly experienced human capital management leader dedicated to providing effective HR solutions to small to mid-sized companies. With a background in executive and managerial roles, she specializes in supporting organizations that may not have a dedicated HR resource or in-house expertise.

Rebecca focuses on helping these businesses build robust HR infrastructures by leveraging her expertise in talent acquisition, compliance, and technology. She has successfully spearheaded diverse talent acquisition initiatives in both international and domestic markets, utilizing her extensive knowledge of international employment laws and regulations.

With a network spanning the United States and the Caribbean, Rebecca navigates complex global talent pools to deliver exceptional HR solutions. In addition to her educational background, including a Bachelor of Science degree and ongoing pursuit of a Juris Masters, she holds the Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) designation and is a Myers Briggs Practitioner.
